Wash cut a cap on each apple, scoop out the inside.
In a container, mash the recovered apple pulp, add the butter, sugar and spices, mix well.
Garnish each apple with this device, close with the hat.
Place in a baking dish. Add half a glass of water (it is possible to flavor with an alcohol).
Bake at th. 180°C for about forty minutes.
Baste during cooking.
Arrange on a warm plate.
