Make the hot chocolate but with water and not milk or cream. Indeed, the hot chocolate on the ice will then form a shell. However, the subtlety lies in the fact that the hot chocolate must remain soft by cooling slightly!
Put the quality vanilla ice cream in a cup!, then put a dessert spoon of green chartreuse/ball and pour over the hot chocolate on top:serve immediately.
