Luckily, I'm revealing to you today the easy and economical recipe for IKEA oatmeal and chocolate cakes.
The recipe is quick to make and only requires a few ingredients. Watch:

- 120 g mixed oat flakes
- 50 g of butter
- 110g of sugar
- 10 g of flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar (or 1 teaspoon of powdered vanilla)
- 150g dark chocolate

Preparation: 10 mins - Cooking: 15 min - For 6 people or 20 cookies
1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
2. Blend 3/4 of the oat flakes to obtain broken flakes (not powder).
3. Put all the rolled oats in the container.
4. Add the sugar, flour, vanilla sugar and yeast.
5. Melt the butter and add it after allowing it to cool slightly.
6. Add the egg.
7. Mix everything to get a ball.
8. Put the parchment paper on the baking sheet.
9. Take the teaspoon as a measure and scoop out some dough with the spoon.
10. Form a ball and place it on the plate.
11. Do this with all the rest of the ball of dough.
12. Space the balls out slightly, as they will spread as they cook.
13. Flatten the ball a little.
14. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
15. Once baked, allow to cool before handling each cookie.
16. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie
17. Coat the inside of the cookies with the chocolate.
18. Glue them two by two, pressing down to make the chocolate stand out slightly on the sides.
19. Let the chocolate harden.
And There you go ! Your IKEA homemade oatmeal and chocolate cookies are already ready :-)
