And There you go ! Your homemade vegan mayonnaise is already ready :-)

Easy, quick and delicious, right?

All that remains is to serve it with a salad of raw vegetables, with grilled meats or in a sandwich.

You won't even notice the difference with a classic mayo.

And at least it will appeal to everyone:vegan, vegetarian or allergic to eggs and lactose.

Store your homemade mayonnaise in the fridge, in an airtight jar for up to 5 days.

Variants

I don't know about you, but I'm the queen of hijacking a recipe.

I admit that I never really respect them and that I do it "in my own way".

For this vegan mayo, I added spices like turmeric or paprika.

I also advise you to try with garlic , it's great with meat or fish.

My advice for a successful vegan mayo

- You don't like soy? No problem. You can make this veganaise with any other vegetable drink . But be careful, it can change the taste. I love oat milk for its texture and neutral taste.

- Have you also tried the vegan mayonnaise recipes with silken tofu or aquafaba (chickpeas)? They are also interesting vegetarian alternatives.

- If the mayo is too thick, add a little soy milk. If it's too runny, whip it a bit more, adding a drizzle of oil.

- In my opinion, agave syrup is not necessary. It makes the sauce taste too sweet.

- Make sure you have a very dry container when you put your ingredients in it. I've noticed that if it's wet, the mayo always fails.
