Boil pasta in water. Cut a tomato, a little cucumber and pepper into small cubes. Cut your chicken into cubes. Add all these ingredients to your cooled pasta. Your leftover chicken can also be used to make very economical fajitas. Brown a sliced onion in a little olive oil, add half a pepper cut into strips, then your pieces of chicken. Let come back for a few minutes. Garnish the pancakes that you have previously purchased in the trade with this preparation. Add a few lettuce leaves, a little tomato and you're done!
Fry a shallot in olive oil. Add your chicken pieces and a can of beans. Let simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. Serve very hot.
Risotto Chicken Rice
Leftover rice and a little chicken? Fry a shallot in a little oil. Add your rice and wet with half a glass of milk. Add your chicken pieces. Let simmer for 5 minutes and sprinkle with a handful of grated cheese. Serve immediately.
Mix the flesh of half an avocado with a few pieces of chicken cut into very small pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Core a tomato and top it with this mixture. Serve very chilled.
