Too much salt in a dish, it's happened to all of us at least once!
It must be admitted that it is very annoying because the good little dish that we were eager to taste immediately loses its taste when it is too salty.
So how do you avoid throwing it in the trash?
The trick I use most often is to place 2 raw and peeled apple halves in the background of my dish.
And in less than 5 minutes , the miracle happens! The potato absorbs the excess salt contained in my preparation. Whew, saved!
Now you can take out the cutlery, we're going to eat :-)
