Are you tired of the traditional warm goat cheese salad?

I have the recipe for you:the famous honey-roasted camembert salad!
- two small camemberts (or a normal one to share) in a wooden box
- 4 tablespoons of liquid honey
- arugula, lamb's lettuce or lettuce
- pine nuts
- walnut kernels
- thyme
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Prepare the camemberts by removing the paper that surrounds them.
3. Put them back in their wooden box (or in a small dish) without a lid.
4. Put them in the oven for 15 min.
5. Meanwhile, wash the lettuce.
6. Squeeze it out and arrange it on two plates:leave a little room for the camemberts.
7. Add some walnut kernels.
8. In a small saucepan, heat the honey over low heat without boiling.
9. Quickly fry the pine nuts in the pan.
10. Scatter them over the salad.
11. Take the camemberts out of the oven.
12. Drizzle them with honey.
14. Arrange them on the plates.
15. Sprinkle with a little thyme.
16. Serve immediately!
And there you have it, you have made a delicious honey roasted camembert salad :-)
All you have to do is enjoy yourself. Depending on the season, you can add tomatoes, diced apples, grapes or even potatoes, raw ham according to your desires.
I advise you to dress this salad with a simple drizzle of olive oil and accompany it with a slice of country bread.
