Easy, practical and economical! Discover the recipe to make your shallot vinegar in 2 minutes. Watch:
- wine vinegar
- two shallots
- pepper
1. Peel the shallots.
2. Cut them very finely.
3. Pour a glass of vinegar (10 ml) into a cup.
4. Add the chopped shallots.
5. Pepper a little.
6. Leave to macerate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
There you go, you have made your homemade shallot vinegar :-)
Note that you can also serve your shallot vinegar directly without marinating it. It will go perfectly with your oyster platter or simply a lentil salad.
