This smoothie tastes like summer in a glass.
Ingredients for 2 persons
2 Florida grapefruits
1 lime
200 g frozen raspberries
fresh ginger
1.5 dl Greek yogurt
How to make it
Cut the Florida grapefruits in half horizontally and cut the flesh from the peel with a grapefruit knife. Put this in the blender. Grate the zest of the lime and reserve 2 tsp. Add the frozen raspberries, lime juice, zest and yogurt. Grate about 1.5 cm of the peeled ginger root over the blender. Puree everything at high speed. Add 4 ice cubes and crush the ice.
