What is the healthiest choice from the menu for you? Fleur Berkhout, dietician at Spa Sport Hotel Zuiver in Amsterdam, explains:'It depends on your goals and what you do during the holiday. If you go on an active vacation, you need a different type of food (more carbohydrates) than if you lie in a hammock for weeks, but want to maintain your weight.
