A veggie burger is a tasty and easy alternative to meat during a barbecue.
Garden Gourmet has an extensive range of vegetarian products and shares this recipe for a veggie burger with spicy hummus, roasted peppers and mango.

Preparation
1. Cut the brioche ball in half
2. Prepare the Garden Gourmet Burger Deluxe XL according to the instructions on the package.
3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Remove the seeds and seeds from the half bell pepper. Brush the peppers with olive oil, pepper and salt.
4. Roast the peppers in the oven for 20 minutes until the peppers turn golden brown.
5. Peel the quarter mango and cut the mango into slices.
6. Spread the hummus on one half of the brioche ball and then place the bell pepper, the Garden Gourmet burger and finally the pieces of mango on top. Finish with a handful of lamb's lettuce and season with salt and pepper.
