For when you want to try a really healthy snack.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove the stems and hard veins and cut the leaves into pieces. Wash the leaves and then drizzle with a little olive oil. Sprinkle your choice of sea salt, pepper, chili or paprika over the chips and bake in the preheated oven for about twenty minutes. Let the kale chips cool down for a while and enjoy!
