At Easter, of course, an egg is part of it. But will it be a boiled egg, fried or something else…? How about a fried egg on a poppy seed bagel with crab salad and samphire. Here's the recipe!
For 2 people, preparation time:25 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 bagels with poppy seeds
- 2 eggs
- 150 g crab salad
- 80 g samphire
- 1/2 lemon, squeezed
Add your own:
- Sunflower oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Cayenne pepper

Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake the bagels for 9 minutes.
- Fry the eggs as a fried egg and keep them separately on a plate.
- Fry the samphire briefly with some oil in the same pan.
- Place the bagels with crab salad and samphire. Season with lemon juice and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Place the fried eggs on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
