Want to make something delicious for Easter with the kids? This pancake cake with yogurt and lemon curd is an absolute must and very easy to make!
Ingredients:
- 18 pancakes (the more, the more festive)
- 125 g blueberries
- 125 g raspberries
- 125 g blackberries
- 800 ml fruit yogurt blueberries
- 100 g lemon curd
- 150 g raspberry jam

Preparation:
- Place a pancake on a nice plate. Spread a layer of fruit yogurt on top with a spoon. Keep stacking pancakes with layers of yogurt, jam, lemon curd, and fruit. Save some yogurt and fruit for on top.
- Spread the top pancake liberally with yogurt and garnish with berries, blackberries and raspberries.
