Cut puff pastry sheets in half. You can stick two slices of puff pastry together for longer cheese sticks. Twist the puff pastry into a spiral, sprinkle with a little olive oil, cheese and herbs to taste. Bake the cheese sticks crispy in the oven (about 20 minutes at 200 degrees, depending on your oven).
