250 ml whipping cream
1 bag of klop-fix (available at the supermarket)
3 bananas
40 grams of sugar
15 grams of water
10 digestive biscuits
1 tablespoon lemon juice
And:
4 glasses
mixer
food processor
In a saucepan, combine the water and sugar. Heat this, but don't stir it. Bubbles are formed that slowly turn brown. When the bubbles are light brown in color, turn off the heat and deglaze your brew with 70ml whipping cream. Beat the caramel you have now made with a whisk until you get an even sauce. Then set it aside to cool. Beat the remaining 180 ml whipping cream together with the beat-fix until stiff with the mixer. Then it is the turn of the biscuits. Crumble them and let the food processor grind them completely. Divide half of the crumbs between the 4 glasses, on the bottom. Pour a little of the caramel over it. Now cut the bananas into small pieces and put them in the glasses as well. Sprinkle with the lemon juice. As finishing touch there is a layer of whipped cream on top. And if you like, you can also 'stack':each time a little caramel, a layer of banana and some whipped cream. On hot days it is extra tasty served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Mmm, enjoy!
