150 g date paste
5 heaped tablespoons cocoa powder
7 tbsp coconut oil
2 tablespoons agave syrup
1 pinch salt
Vanilla powder
Cinnamon powder
Preparation:
Date paste:
Soak 150 g dates in as little water as possible and stir them in your mixer until you get a date paste.
Chocolate cake:
Melt the coconut oil and stir with cocoa powder, agave syrup and a pinch of salt. Then fine-tune the amount as desired with intense vanilla and spicy cinnamon.
Place the chocolate mass in a ring-shaped container and let it set in the refrigerator. You will soon be able to enjoy your chocolate dessert.
The indicated amount is sufficient for 6 servings.
