  • 2 broccoli heads
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 2 pointed peppers
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 pack of boursin
  • 1 red pepper
  • 250 ml chicken stock
  • a little salt and pepper
  • jar of grilled vegetable pesto
  • tagliatelle

  • Chop the onion
  • Cut the mushrooms into slices and the bell pepper into strips
  • Cut the broccoli into small stalks
  • Squeeze the garlic
  • Cut the chicken breast into pieces

  • Put the onion in the bottom of the slow cooker
  • Mushrooms, bell pepper and broccoli on top
  • On top of the chicken breast cubes
  • Add the herb cheese
  • The grilled vegetable pesto can be topped with the crushed garlic
  • Add chicken stock
  • red pepper on top
  • Add some salt and pepper to taste
  • Slow cooker on low for 4 hours, stir once after 2 hours
  • Cook the tagliatelle separately for 2 minutes and your food is ready

If you want to make this recipe with tagliatelle in the pan, follow the procedure below:

  • Cook the broccoli for 15 minutes
  • Cut the chicken breast into pieces
  • Cut off some strips of the red pepper
  • Fry while the onion with the garlic in a wok
  • Add the chicken breast when the onion starts to become translucent and fry it briefly
  • Add the mushrooms and bell pepper
  • Add the red pepper pieces and fry for a while
  • Add the herb cheese, grilled vegetable pesto and herb stock
  • Add the broccoli when it is al dente and let it simmer on low heat for 5 minutes
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Cook the tagliatelle last and you can sit at the table.
