To start the Indian summer, I reveal a new recipe Schär composed on the theme of Brunch .
In this fall season, brunch weekends are an ideal taste moment to share with friends or family. both sweet and salty.
To operate this “Autumn Brunch ”, I prepared some Pancakes using Mix Pâtisserie – Mix C flour .
I also cookedsmoked trout toast with country bread with seeds .
Finally, I enjoyed having the Cereal Rusks with Nocciolata without milk and others simply buttered with vegetable margarine.
As table decorations , I used the brand SEMA Design (Crockery, tray, cups and cups).
An inspiration with warm nuances that brilliantly evoke the powdery universe of this season...

Ingredients
– 2 egg yolks
– 50 gr of Mix Pastry flour « Schär ”
– 150 gr of rice flour
– 50 gr of organic cane sugar
– 4 cl. liter of rice milk
– 60 g of vegetable butter
– Vanilla Bean
– 1 sachet of organic baking powder
– 1 pinch of salt
Accompaniments
– Dried fruits / Coconut powder / Maple syrup

– Organic Orange Juice and Natura Fusion Tea
Steps
1/ In a bowl, mix the rice milk and egg yolks.
Add the rice flour andPastry mix flour .
Whisk until you obtain a fluid paste and add the sugar, baking powder, vanilla, vegetable butter (previously melted) and a pinch of salt.
Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
2/ Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan, drop two or three small ladles of dough into it. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, watching.
When small bubbles form on the surface of the pancake, turn it over and finish cooking.
3 / Serve immediately with dried fruit, grated coconut and maple syrup
4/ Complete the dish with Cereal Rusks with Nocciolata without milk.
Ingredients
– 4 slices of Country Bread with Seeds “ Schär ”
– Rice cream
– Slices of smoked trout or smoked salmon
– Aromatic herbs
– Olive oil
– Herbes de Provence
Accompaniments
– Sprouted Alfalfa &Arugula Sprouts (Vinaigrette:olive oil, salt, cumin, lemon juice) / Fried eggs
Steps
1/ On a baking sheet, arrange the slices of Country Bread with Seeds .
2/ Preparation to repeat on each slice of bread:apply two teaspoons of rice cream, place a slice of trout, then season with aromatic herbs and a drizzle of olive oil.
3/ Place in the oven for 5 minutes.
4/ Complete the dish with Cereal Rusks with vegetable butter.
