Sweet and savory antipasti:summer recipes with Schär

1 – Antipasti:Bruschetta, the recipe

Ingredients
– Brioche bread “Schär”
– White ham
– Fresh basil
– Tomatoes
– Olive oil
– 1 pinch of salt &pepper

Steps

Brioché bread

1 / Toast the slices of brioche bread “Schär” in the oven or toaster for a few minutes to add a crunchy side.

Dressing and Garnishing

2 / When the slices of bread are golden brown, remove them from the oven or your toaster. Then place them on a plate.
Then place the tomatoes previously cut into cubes and the white ham on the toast.
Season with salt and pepper. And add a few fresh basil leaves.
Finally, finish the recipe by adding a drizzle of olive oil. He just has to treat you.

2 – Antipasti:Surprise Bread, the recipe

Ingredients
– Maestro Classic sliced ​​white bread “Schär”
– 500 g of black olives
– 50 g of capers
– 1 tbsp. at s. olive oil
– 1 pinch of cumin
– Grilled peppers in olive oil
– Sun-dried tomatoes
– Fresh basil

1 / Toast the slices of sliced ​​white bread"Schär" in the oven or toaster for a few minutes to add a crunchy side.

Topping

Tapenade of Black Olives

2 / Mix 500 g of black olives with 50 g of capers, 1 tbsp. at s. of olive oil and 1 pinch of cumin.

Pepper and Dried Tomato Spread

3 / Mix 500 g of roasted peppers in oil, with 100 g of dried tomatoes and a few fresh basil leaves.

Garnishing &dressing

4 / Cut the edges of the white bread, layering the slices.
Then cut out rectangles, filling some slices with spread, others with tapenade (as if you were making a sandwich).
Place the surprise bread on a nice slate. To be enjoyed with a white wine.

3 – Antipasti:Energy Balls, the recipe

Raw energy balls with cashew and apricot puree / Cocoa – Coco

Ingredients
– 1/2 sachet of Gluten Free Crackers “Schär”
– 2 heaped tablespoons of cashews
– 12 soft dried apricots
– 2 tbsp. at s. goji berries
– 3 tbsp. at s. shredded coconut
– 2 tbsp. c. chia seeds
– 1 tbsp. at s. water
– A few shavings of coconut (or grated coconut)
– Cocoa powder

Steps

Preparation

1 / Mix the crackers Schär » , cashews, apricots, goji berries, grated coconut and chia seeds until you get a paste (add a little water).

The balls

2 / Form the balls and roll some in cracker shavings and others in a mixture of cocoa powder and grated coconut. Enjoy!
