In a hot skillet with a little olive oil, sauté the shrimp.
Remove them then sauté the chopped garlic, bell pepper, green jalapeno pepper with a little olive oil in cubes, the pimientos del piquillos puree. Add the rice and mix. Pour in the vegetable broth and add the saffron.
