Ingredients for making Cyril Lignac's cookies

- 300 g of flour

- 50g brown sugar

- 50g of sugar

- 175g soft butter

- 200g chocolate chips (black and white)

- 1 egg

- 1/2 sachet of yeast (optional)

- salad bowl

- blender

- baking tray

- parchment paper

- ice cream scoop

How to

Preparation: 8 mins - Cooking: 10 min - For 4 people (12 cookies)

1. Preheat the oven to 180°

2. In the salad bowl, mix the two kinds of sugar.

3. Put the soft butter coarsely cut.

4. Mix with a blender to obtain a smooth paste.

5. Add the egg and mix.

6. Add the flour and baking powder little by little while continuing to mix.

7. Add the chocolate chips and mix until the batter is homogeneous.

8. Put the parchment paper on the baking sheet.

9. With the ice cream scoop, make small balls of dough and place them on the plate.

10. Put everything in the oven and cook for 10 min.

11. Take them out of the oven without touching them, as they are soft. Let them cool and harden for at least 10 min.
