This little taste of crispy rice coated in chocolate, I love it!
For a long time, I thought that the homemade Kinder Country recipe must be difficult to make.
Well, finally no, I tried and it's pretty easy.
For 6 pieces
- 200 g of dark pastry chocolate (or milk, if you prefer)
- 110 g of white pastry chocolate
- 35g puffed rice cereal (plain)
- 50 g sweetened condensed milk
1. Melt half of the dark (or milk) chocolate in a bain-marie.
2. Cover the sides and the bottom of 6 small elongated molds with the melted chocolate (in 2 successive stages, it holds better).
3. Place the molds in the refrigerator.
4. Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie with the sweetened condensed milk.
5. Mix with the puffed rice.
6. Fill the molds with this mixture.
7. Melt the remaining dark (or milk) chocolate and cover the white chocolate and rice.
8. Refrigerate for at least 1.5 hours before unmolding.
