– oregano;

Wash and peel the vegetables. Cut the onions and tomatoes into chunks. Also cut the aubergine and zucchini into very thin strips. Chop the mushrooms. Brown all these little people in a pan, with a little olive oil and oregano. Spread the tomato coulis on the dough, add your vegetable preparation. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

– 1 low-fat pizza dough or 1 homemade pizza dough;
– 3 tablespoons of tomato purée;
– 1 small can of fresh button mushrooms;
– 50 g diced defatted ham;
– 1 ball of low-fat mozzarella;
– low-fat Gruyère cheese;
– oregano.
Brush your dough, previously spread, with the tomato puree. Sprinkle with oregano. Spread the sliced mushrooms, diced ham, sliced mozzarella. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the pizza. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Watch the cooking.

– 1 small aubergine;
– 3 tablespoons of tomato purée;
– oregano;
– 200 g of figs;
– 2 handfuls of arugula;
– 1 light goat cheese log.
