All the flavor of a pizza lies in the dough and in the choice of ingredients. This dish allows you to innovate, and you can consider all kinds of recipes. Here is one that changes from the ordinary:the goat cheese, figs and arugula pizza.
For the dough:
– 125 g of flour
– 90 ml of water
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 10 g baker's yeast
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon sugar
For the filling:
– 200 g tomatoes;
– 100 g fresh goat cheese;
– 200 g fresh figs;
– 2 cl sherry vinegar;
/> – some rocket leaves.
Start by preparing the dough. Just mix all the ingredients and knead until you get a soft dough. Cover it with a clean cloth, and let it rise for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes in 4, wash and drain the arugula, crumble the goat cheese and chop the figs. Roll out the dough, distribute the tomatoes and figs. Pepper, salt and bake for about twenty minutes at 180 degrees. Before serving, sprinkle the pizza with rocket leaves and add a little sherry vinegar.
If you want to make your dough yourself, follow the steps in the previous recipe. The three cheese pizza is one of the classics. To make it you will need:
– 1 goat cheese log;
– 1 brick of tomato coulis;
– oregano;
– 1 onion;
– 1 carrot;
– 1 Roquefort cheese;
– 1 ball of mozzarella;
– black olives;
– grated cheese.
While your dough is rising, prepare the tomato sauce. Brown the onions and carrots, previously cut into julienne strips, in a drizzle of olive oil. Lower the heat and add the tomato coulis and oregano, according to your taste. Let simmer for half an hour over low heat. Cut your cheeses into slices for the goat cheese and mozzarella, into cubes for the Roquefort. Roll out the dough, add the tomato sauce in a thin layer. Add your cheeses, distributing them well. Sprinkle with grated cheese, place a few olives, and bake for half an hour at 180 degrees.
This recipe is not the lightest! The pepper and chorizo pizza is delicious and very easy to cook. To make it, you will need the following ingredients:
– 1 chorizo;
– 1 brick of tomato coulis;
– oregano;
– 1 onion;
– black olives;
– grated cheese;
– 1 red pepper.
First prepare your dough. In a bowl, mix the tomato coulis with a little oregano. Cut the bell pepper into strips and the chorizo into slices. Once the dough is spread, pour your tomato coulis in a thin layer and arrange all the ingredients. Finish the preparation by sprinkling grated cheese on top of your pizza. All you have to do is bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
