Sunday, March 27 will take place the second most gourmet celebration after Christmas, that of Easter. On the program, rack of lamb and chocolate eggs at will. Garnished or surprises, painted or edible, eggs are our indulgence at this time of year.
How about making your own egg this year?
Here is a recipe unearthed on the blog
Scrap Cooking, easy and very tasty. To make a chocolate egg filled with mini marshmallows, you will need:
190g of chocolate (milk, white or dark, it's up to you)
1 jar of mini marshmallows
1 chocolate egg mould
Food freezing spray
Melt 180g of chocolate in a bain-marie. Once melted, pour it into two half-shells, filling them halfway, distribute well. Flip the shells flat on a wire rack to drain off the excess chocolate. Place in the freezer for a few minutes, then repeat the operation twice, to finally obtain 3 layers of chocolate. Leave to rest overnight in the refrigerator before gently unmolding the chocolate shells. Melt the remaining 10g of chocolate and using a brush, place it on the edges of a half-shell. Garnish with mini-marshmallows and place the other half-shell on top to close. Spray with food freezing spray to fix everything.
It's up to you!
