At the start of summer, Ladurée is adapting to our cravings for freshness without skimping on indulgence… and we want more! The colorful Summer Pop collection is there to delight the lips of young and old alike on sunny days. On the menu, the essential macaron revisited in an iced version and which comes in two flavors to die for:rose, with crystallized rose chips and a cream with the good taste of the flower of love, and cocoa-vanilla with cocoa nibs on top of the pastry. Those who cannot be satisfied with a bite – and we completely understand them! – will be able to turn to Ice Pops, small transparent jars that contain exquisite fresh and crunchy mixtures. Strawberry-yogurt, buckwheat-caramel, ginger-coconut… The hardest part will be choosing!
The ice cream pots decorated with their macaroon shell have welcomed two new flavors, a raspberry sorbet and a Greek yogurt ice cream, which are thus added to the pistachio, caramel, vanilla, rose, strawberry and chocolate flavors. The Summer Pop collection is completed by the Darling-Ice, ice cream bars that contain a delicious macaron cookie and are offered in chocolate-caramel and rose-raspberry flavors. Finally, Ladurée has concocted an adorable box for 8 macaroons with summer motifs with pink stripes reminiscent of deckchairs and an enticing ice cream cone. The prices of the delicacies are between €5.80 and €19.50 (the box). The beach as if we were there... It will be hard to resist!
