Preparation
Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and boil them in water. As soon as they are cooked, drain them.
In a salad bowl, cut the red onion finely, mince the chives and the parsley. Cut the radishes into thin rounds. Add oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour in the potatoes and mix everything gently, avoiding mashing the potatoes.
Serve warm or cold.
