Ingredients for 6 people:
– 4 eggs
– 100g caster sugar
– 100g chewable chocolate
– grated zest of an orange
– 50g flaked and toasted almonds
Melt the chocolate over very low heat in a small saucepan with a tablespoon of water.
Remove from the heat, stir in the egg yolks, stirring briskly.
Beat the egg whites until very stiff, add the powdered sugar while beating to obtain a very stiff meringue.
Mix the two preparations delicately, flavor with grated orange zest
pour into ramekins and prick the almonds on the surface.
