Melt the chocolate over very low heat in a small saucepan with a tablespoon of water.
Remove from the heat, stir in the egg yolks, stirring briskly.
Beat the egg whites until very stiff, add the powdered sugar while beating to obtain a very hard meringue.
Mix the two preparations delicately, flavor with the grated zest of the orange.
Pour into ramekins and prick the almonds on the surface.
