Wash the lettuce and spin dry. Cut the slices of Ibaïona ham into strips and the cheese into small pieces.
Prepare the sauce:mix the sunflower oil, walnut oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, emulsify.
In a salad bowl, combine the lettuce, the ham strips, the pieces of cheese and the walnut kernels.
Drizzle with dressing, toss and serve.
