Often I don't have any more on hand or I can't find a nice scent. Not to mention the price...
And there, my friend Sylvie shows me her homemade pots.
When she reveals her recipe for fruit jelly to me, I think it's a genius idea.

- 750 ml of fruit juice (which you can make in the juicer)
- 1 kg of gelling sugar.
1. Pour the fruit juice into a large saucepan.
2. Bring it to a rolling boil.
3. Pour in the gelling sugar.
4. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring.
5. Pour into jars (recycling, carefully washed).
There you go, your homemade fruit jelly is already ready :-)
Super quick and easy to make, right?
It costs less than the jellies sold on the market, and you can make them with the fruit juice you want...
Everything is allowed, even mixtures of several juices!
