Today I reveal my recipe for soup in a jar for the lunch.
It couldn't be simpler and it makes life easier!
Just add hot water and wait 5 min to enjoy.
If you like Asian soups like Pho, you'll love it!
This homemade instant soup is much better than the store-bought ones.
Why ? Because they are full of preservatives, sugar and questionable thickening agents...
Here is my delicious recipe for Pho soup in a jar that I bring to the office at least once a week . Watch:

And There you go ! Your homemade Pho soup in a jar is already ready to be tasted :-)
Easy, quick and delicious, right?
And it's 100 times better than commercial freeze-dried soups.
At least here there are only fresh products.
I advise you to use pre-cooked pasta, so as not to increase the preparation time.
If you don't like chilli, just remove the chilli sauce and replace it with a few drops of soy sauces.
Put the wet ingredients at the bottom of the jar, and the dry ingredients on top, to prevent them from going soft.
Note that the jar can be kept for up to 4 or 5 days in the fridge.
Prepare several in advance, it makes life easier at lunchtime when you have to eat at the office.
If you want to add meat to your quick soup, it's easy!
The day before, cut a few small pieces of chicken and add them to the jar.
Thanks to the boiling water, they will cook quietly for 5 min.
To change the taste, you can also add a few drops of fish sauce, soy sauce, kimchi sauce or curry paste.
I vary the pleasures by adding shrimp, tofu, peas, dill, pieces of miso, sesame, ginger, mushrooms...
Every day, a different flavor!
