Celery, as well as broccoli, are fragile vegetables.
Especially when they are bought fresh from the primeur.
As a result, if you don't eat them quickly, they are wasted!
Fortunately, here's a tip to avoid mess and keep your vegetables fresh for 4 weeks.
The trick is to wrap the vegetables in aluminum foil before putting them in the fridge:
1. Wrap celery and broccoli in aluminum foil.
2. Put the vegetables directly in the refrigerator.
There you go, you will be able to keep your fresh vegetables for up to 4 weeks :-)
Apparently this trick also works for other vegetables. If you know them, do not hesitate to share the list in comments.
