Choosing a lemon isn't easy.
How to guess that it will taste good and, in addition, it will be juicy as you wish?
We can touch them, but it's not that simple.
Here is the trick to choosing the right lemons:
spot the fine barks.
1. A good lemon has a thin, smooth, shiny, sun-yellow sparkling rind.
But that's not all. We also want it juicy :
2. Feel it. If you find it firm and heavy, it's juicy.
3. If you choose a lime, it should feel soft under your fingers.
There you go, you now know how to choose a ripe and well-fragrant lemon :-)
Avoid rough, thick-skinned lemons. They contain less flesh, so less juice. And if you come across a lemon with green spots, you can be sure that it will be rather sour.
