Recipe:pudding with chia seeds

Chia seeds are delicious with yogurt or a smoothie. Would you like to do something different with this superfood? Then make this pudding with chia seeds.

When chia seeds sit in moisture for a while, they absorb the moisture and that makes it perfect for making pudding.

Ingredients
– 2 tablespoons chia seeds
– 150 ml almond milk, rice milk or something else to taste
– 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Toppings to to add to your pudding (fruit, nuts, coconut, etc.)

Preparation method
Put the chia seeds in a bowl and add almond milk. Also add the honey and vanilla extract. Mix it well and place the mixture in the fridge for at least an hour. Then stir the pudding and add toppings of your choice.
