This tea cocktail is refreshing and very nice to serve during a high tea with friends.
Ingredients
120 ml cooled Dilmah Berry Sensation (4 minutes)
40 ml organic pear juice
2 teaspoons honey
1 lime wedge
Prepare
1. Dissolve the honey in the freshly brewed tea and let it cool for some time outside the refrigerator.
2. Fill a large glass completely with ice cubes and add the pear juice.
3. Squeeze a lime wedge over the glass and drop it in.
4. Fill the glass with the cooled tea.
5. Garnish the glass with strawberries, blackberries and pear.
