Barefoot has introduced a new Chardonnay for the fall with a hint of peach, fuji apples and a sweet hint of caramel. This new Chardonnay is perfect for a cocktail, so here's the recipe for a delicious fresh fall cocktail called Harvest Apple.
90 ml Barefoot Chardonnay
15 ml Orange Curaçao (orange liqueur)
45 ml apple juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Cinnamon sugar (garnish)
A few slices of apple on a skewer as garnish
Wet the rim of the glass with a slice of lemon and dip it in a bowl of cinnamon sugar. Set aside. Mix the remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well to mix and cool. Pour this into the glass and garnish with apple slices using the toothpick.
