Recipe:Summer Campari Sour cocktail

Cocktails that are low in alcohol are almost indispensable these days. Many bars and restaurants already work with oneUNIT cocktails and De Thuisborrel Club saw the perfect collaboration here. Because how do you enjoy a cocktail that contains less alcohol at home and how do you make it? We would like to share the recipe for the summer cocktail Campari Sour from cocktail bar Mr. Smith from Maastricht:

oneUNIT cocktail from De Thuisborrel Club Conscious Edition

Ingredients:
40 ml Campari
30 ml lemon juice
20 ml St. Germain (elderflower liqueur)
20 ml egg white
5 ml sugar syrup
ice cream
Garnish: (dried) orange slice
Preparation method:
1. Grab a coupe glass and a shaker
2. Fill your glass with ice
3. Pour all ingredients, except for the garnish, into the shaker
4. Use the 'dry shake' method, i.e. shaking without ice
5. Then add ice to the shaker and shake again
6. Throw the ice out of your glass and use a strainer to pour the cocktail through the strainer into the glass
7. Garnish the cocktail with a (dried) orange slice
