A Fresh Fruit Salad Recipe... Because It s Summer!

Yet another summer recipe to add to your dessert list .

Banana, melon, peach, pear and kiwi fruit salad, a tasty, quick and more than pleasant homemade dessert for the summer.

The ingredients of this fresh and light dessert are simple.

For 4 people, you will need:

- 1 banana
- 1 melon
- 1 pear
- 2 very juicy peaches
- 2 kiwis
- 1 lime

How to

1. Peel the banana, melon and kiwis, core the apple and pit the peaches.

2. Cut all the fruit into cubes and place them in a salad bowl. Add the juice of a lemon green, to flavor the salad and prevent the fruit from darkening and taste to "check the result". Normally the fruits are quite sweet, but you can sprinkle them with assonance if you find that it is not indulgent enough.

3. Wrap the salad bowl with cellophane and put it in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours. You really have to let the summer fruit salad rest in the fridge to allow the fruit to disgorge. That's how you'll get plenty of juice.

Here it is already ready. When serving, add a little chopped mint, cinnamon powder, or even crushed hazelnuts to your liking for an original touch...
