Jet . banana pancakes

In her column in the May issue, Jet talks about her breakfast of banana pancakes. Here you will find the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 protein
  • 1 tbsp Hüttenkäse
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • coconut oil for frying

Get started
Mash the banana in a bowl. Add the egg, egg white, the cottage cheese and cinnamon. Stir well until smooth. Pour a dash of coconut oil into a frying pan and let it get very hot. Bake a large, thick pancake. Serve with a dollop of cottage cheese, some fruit or a little syrup.

Hint: The pancakes are also delicious cold. Take one with you in your lunch box.
