At the back of Santé you will find a delicious dessert with fewer calories every month. In the November issue you will find the recipe for guilt-free chocolate banana muffins. However, an error has crept in here. Not 10 dl milk, but 10 cl milk is needed!
Here is the correct recipe:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Sift 5 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp potato starch, ¼ sachet yeast, 1 tsp vanilla powder, 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa and 4 tbsp powdered sweetener.
Mash 2 well ripe bananas. Place the sieved ingredients in a small bowl, add 2 eggs and the banana and beat with a whisk. Slowly add 10 cl of skimmed milk.
Divide the batter between 8 (silicone or paper) muffin cups until they are 2/3 full. Sprinkle with 25 g of shaved chocolate.
Place in the oven for 15 minutes, check for doneness with a skewer. Let cool and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
