Eric Rimm, a professor at Harvard University, made a remarkable statement to the New York Times. The average portion of fries consists of 55 fries. That is much too big according to the professor. He calls them starch bombs. He argues for a portion of six fries, supplemented with a salad.
That's a bit of a swallow. Six fries. If you want to keep it that way, it requires a dose of willpower. We understand that fries are not the healthiest choice you can make, but as far as we are concerned, a portion of fries should be okay from time to time. It is ultimately about the balance and creating a lifestyle that is sustainable. Sometimes fries are included. And if you do that:without feeling guilty.
