That's tasty (and) different! Mini-buns from our own oven, with zucchini, walnut, lemon and sesame seeds. Mmm, that will be fun this weekend.
What a good time we live in, in terms of food. Everything is in development, the beautiful kitchen helpers are flying out of the shops and unlike vroegâh You can now choose for yourself what you take in every day. What you like. And suits you.

160 ml olive oil
260 gr flour
2.5 tsp baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
100 gr granulated sugar
90 gr brown sugar
1 lemon
2 large eggs, at room temperature
340 grams zucchini, coarsely grated
130 gr walnuts, toasted and finely chopped
2 teaspoons sesame seeds, white
bread pans, 3x small
extra olive oil to grease the baking tins
butter, if you serve a piece of bread
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Take 3 small loaf pans (8-16 cm.), grease them with some olive oil. In a large bowl whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. In a second bowl, mix the two types of sugars, then add fine lemon zest. Make sure you mix the grater and sugars well with your fingers. Then add the eggs and olive oil. And stir until it is one smooth whole. Now add the zucchini. And then the flour mixture from your large bowl. Stir well. The last step is to add the walnuts:place them nicely spread out and press them lightly.
Divide your bread dough among the 3 small baking pans. And sprinkle the sesame seeds over the 3 tops. Place the baking tins in the oven, if after 35 to 40 minutes a skewer comes out clean, your sandwiches are done. Leave the buns in their molds for 10 minutes. After those 10 minutes, run a fine knife along the sides of the buns to loosen them from their molds. The temptation of the warm sandwiches is undoubtedly great, but letting it cool down completely benefits the flavors in this case. After it has cooled, serve on beautiful plates with a knob of butter if desired.
