Ingredients for 12 muffins
- 100 grams of muesli or oatmeal
- 100 grams of self-raising flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 deciliter (vegetable) milk
- 1 deciliter (vegetable) yogurt
- 50 grams of honey
- Add cinnamon, cocoa nibs, coconut, blueberries or other ingredients to taste.

Getting started
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Then mix all ingredients in a bowl and spoon the batter into the muffin tins with a spoon.
- Bake them in 15 minutes.
Hint: You can also make self-raising flour yourself. This is how you do it:mix 100 grams of flour with 3 to 6 grams of baking powder and a pinch of salt.
