Recipe for 4 people
INGREDIENTS
- 2 large meringues or 4 to 6 small meringues
- 20g vanilla icing sugar or vanilla sugar
- 200g 35% full cream
- 250g strawberries, quartered
- 1 tbsp. icing sugar
- 100g of strawberry purée
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, gently mix the strawberries and icing sugar.
- In a second very cold bowl, pour the cream and whip it with the vanilla icing sugar into whipped cream. Add the meringues broken by hand and ¾ of the strawberries. Mix very gently with a spatula.
- Share in the glasses, top with the rest of the strawberries and the strawberry puree. If you have a little meringue left, crumble some.
