We know that the apple and cinnamon mixture gives matter to exalt the taste buds but when chef Lignac comes to add his touch, it gives a soft dessert that we can not do without, clearly!
INGREDIENTS
Device
- 165g brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 20cl of milk
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 vanilla pod
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 170g flour
- 2 apples cut into sticks 2cm long / 0.5cm wide / 0.5cm thick
Garnish
- 50g of sugar
- 2 good pinches of cinnamon
- 45g melted butter
UTENSILS
– 1 board + 1 paring knife
– 1 salad bowl + 1 hand mixer + 1 spatula
– 1 pastry tray + 1 silicone sheet
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Combine all the ingredients for the device in the order listed, stirring gently.
- Pour the batter into a buttered mold 9cm by 13cm.
- Mix the sugar, cinnamon and melted butter to make the filling and sprinkle over the dough.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with honey butter.
