#gourmandcroquant:Cyril Lignac's stracciatella white chocolate mousse, a pure delight!

GENERAL INFORMATION
– Preparation time:12 minutes
– Cooking time:20 minutes
– Recipe for 4 people

INGREDIENTS
– 125g white chocolate
– 10cl + 50cl full cream 35%
– 30g mascarpone
– 20g icing sugar
– 1 vanilla pod
– 40g + 80g dark chocolate shavings

PREPARATION

– Melt the white chocolate with the 10cl of liquid cream in a bain-marie, mix until smooth.
– In a very cold bowl, pour the 50cl of liquid cream, the mascarpone and the pulp vanilla, whisk in whipped cream, add the icing sugar.
– Add the whipped cream to the white chocolate mixture then add the 40g of chocolate shavings using a spatula. Pour into ramekins and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Book cool.
