INGREDIENTS
- 1 roll of puff pastry (16 to 17 pieces)
- 50g of sugar
- flavor of your choice:cinnamon powder / 1 vanilla pod / tonka bean / anise powder
PREPARATION
- Place the very cold dough on the work surface that you have sprinkled with sugar.
- Drop sugar again on the dough, spread well all over.
- Fold in half to mark the dough, unfold, then fold again on both sides, making 3 creases on each side.
- When you have done this, fold the edges, a first fold on each side, then a second fold, then a third fold and join the two sides, there must be enough sugar on the whole dough.
- Cut the sausage in half, then cut both sides into 1.5 cm thick slices (about 16-17 pieces). Place them in staggered rows on the non-stick baking sheet, without butter, silicone sheet or parchment paper.
- Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Place the palms on a wire rack to cool.
