We don't think about cooking them often enough, but corn on the cob is excellent! Low in calories, they are rich in vitamin B9 and contain fibre, potassium, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus… It is also a good source of antioxidants. And on the cob, it's more fun to eat than in a box! It can be original to serve it as an aperitif for example. The recipe* to impress your guests.

1 – We cook the ears, either in the microwave for 3 minutes, or 7 minutes in boiling salted water. Or 10 minutes grilled in a pan if you prefer.
2 - We will have previously left the semi-salted butter to soften; and chopped the chorizo very finely!
3 – While it's cooking, knead the butter for a long time with the chorizo.
4 – When the corn cobs are cooked and very hot, we brush them with chorizo butter and… we enjoy without further ado.
Easy. And yum.
